​Meet Our Founder

From a young age, I was always taking things apart just to see how they worked—and figuring out how to put them back together better. By the time I was 14, I realized those instincts could turn into something bigger, which is what led me into machining. There’s something satisfying about solving a problem with your hands and seeing a finished product that actually works the way it should.

​

Munko Machine has been family-owned since 1994, and that foundation still shapes how we do business today. In 2018, we made the decision to refocus and put all our energy into what we do best: machining, milling, lathe work, and fabrication. That shift allowed us to really double down on quality and the kind of attention to detail our customers expect.

For us, every project is a problem to solve. Sometimes that means troubleshooting an issue that others couldn’t figure out. Other times it’s building something from the ground up—whether it’s a precision part, a custom piece, or something completely unique. No matter the job, we take pride in doing it right.

At the end of the day, we’re not just making parts—we’re building things people rely on. And that’s what keeps us motivated.
